FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Q:  Do you deliver and setup?  Is there a charge?

A:  Delivery and setup are included in the rental charge.  It takes about 30 minutes to setup.

Q:  Can I pick up the unit?

A:  To ensure proper setup, we do not allow pick ups.

Q:  How does the unit stay inflated?

A:  Each unit has a blower connected.  The blower requires electricity to run.  A standard outlet is sufficient to run the blower.  A generator will also work and is available for an additional fee.

Q:  Can I use the unit at a park?

A:  Yes; however, every park has different rules concerning inflatable usage.  Some require an insurance waiver listing the park as an additional insured.  There is an additional fee for this.  We are a registered vendor for Belle Isle Park in Detroit.

Q:  What is your policy for bad weather?

A:  The unit cannot be operated in heavy rain or high winds.  Once the unit is setup, there are no refunds.  We will try to accomodate rescheduling as much as possible.

Q:  Do you require a deposit for reservations?

A;  Deposits are required and are non-refundable.
